Horizon Lounge & Balcony

The Collaroy Services Beach Club offers a unique space to host a range of events including birthday celebrations, anniversaries, annual general meetings, Christmas parties, family get togethers and reunions.

The Horizon Lounge & Balcony is available for private events. Overlooking Collaroy Beach, the Horizon Lounge is a spacious friendly event space ideal for sit down dinners for up to 90/100 guests and cocktail receptions for up to 120/140 guests. Cocktail receptions for larger groups may be available on request. The non-smoking Lounge also features a private bar, dance floor and large glass windows providing unobstructed views across the Northern Beaches coastline.

HORIZON LOUNGE – function opening hours
Mon & Tue:    11.00am – 9:30pm (bar closes at 10:30 pm)
Wed & Thurs: 11.00am - 5.00pm                  
Fri:                  11.00 am - 5.00pm (entertainment starts at 7.30pm)
      
Sat:                  11:00 am – 3:30pm or 6.00pm -11:30pm
                        (bar closes at 11:45 pm)
 
The Horizon Lounge is not available for 18th birthday parties. The club however does accept 21st birthday parties but conditions apply. Please contact the Functions Department for further details.
The Horizon Lounge is not available for hire on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Sunday evenings due to club promotions/events. To check if the date you are interested is available please contact The Beach Club.
 
CLUB MEMBERSHIP
To hold an event at Collaroy Services Beach Club you must be a member of the club. Club membership costs $10.00. We will assist wherever possible. Membership forms are available from Club reception and on the home page on this site.
 
CONFIRMATION
The room hire plus the minimum beverage spend will be required as a deposit for the Club to guarantee confirmation of your function. Visa, Mastercard and Amex are accepted or please make your cheque payable to Collaroy Services Beach Club Ltd.
